Returns and exchanges are only available on full priced items, on the following conditions:
- The item/s is un-used, unwashed and completely clean with all tags and packaging still in place
- The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us. We recommend using a trackable postal service as Ink Spiller Home cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
- Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or there was a despatch error made by Ink Spiller Home
- Approved refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the original purchase
