Standard shipping is free Australia wide for orders over $75
A flat $10 standard shipping fee is applied to orders $75 or under
For standard shipping please allow 3-7 working days for delivery
For urgent orders, please select the Express Delivery shipping option at checkout. This is a flat $15 fee on any order value.
International orders
We don’t currently offer international shipping but we’re working on it! Watch this space.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are only available on full priced items, on the following conditions:
The item/s is un-used, unwashed and completely clean with all tags and packaging still in place
The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item/s to us. We recommend using a trackable postal service as Ink Spiller Home cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Original shipping costs will only be refunded if the item is faulty or there was a despatch error made by Ink Spiller Home
Approved refunds will be issued via the payment method used for the original purchase
Gift cards, sale items and items purchased using a discount code are not returnable or exchangeable. The only exception to this is our 5% off discount code for new email subscribers.
